Description
Tea is the second most consumed beverage in the world after water. All tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant, but different ways of harvesting and processing the plant produce different types of tea. Black tea is more oxidised than the rest and is generally stronger in flavour.
Black tea is used for making both hot and iced tea and some are intended to be drunk with milk and/or sugar. Black tea is rich in antioxidants that may provide several health benefits including improved heart and gut health, lowered bad LDL cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
It smells earthy, floral and sweet and as a cherry on the top, it is easy to make and is liked by most people.
